EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

We are at a Pivotal Moment: Humanity is transitioning from visiting space to integrating it into critical economic infrastructure. The "Exploration" paradigm is locally obsolete; the "Stewardship" era has begun within the umbrella of the ”NewSpace” economy.

THE TRIPARTITE MISSION

Safety & Security (S1):

Safety & Security (S1):

Safety & Security (S1):

Remediating the polluted orbital commons & neutralizing the threat of the Kessler Syndrome; Fortifying global cyberspace against physical and electronic threats using space assets.

Sustainability (S2):

Safety & Security (S1):

Safety & Security (S1):

Monitoring planetary and orbital health & its potential for harvesting clean solar energy.

Science (S3):

Safety & Security (S1):

Science (S3):

Space Science and exploration are a key focus of the entire Chinese Space Program from Chang’E, Tianwen, Tiangong. Xuntian to the International Lunar Research Station mega-project

METHODOLOGY: 4D SYSTEMS ENGINEERING

WORLDLINE TRACKING

TEMPORAL SUSTAINABILITY

WORLDLINE TRACKING

We will not just track where a satellite is. We will model its entire existence from launch to de-orbit, protecting the future of Earth’s technological civilization that depends on LEO and higher orbits.

CIRCULAR ECONOMY

TEMPORAL SUSTAINABILITY

WORLDLINE TRACKING

Recognizing interdependence of all elements of S3, we will seek to establish a circular economy. Effective asset management and reuse is intrinsic to mission design, not an afterthought.

TEMPORAL SUSTAINABILITY

TEMPORAL SUSTAINABILITY

TEMPORAL SUSTAINABILITY

Sustainability is defined as the capacity of the system to endure over time. This premise is no longer valid for LEO. We prioritize long-term orbital security and useability over short-term commercial gain.
